8BR Desert Oasis Pool, Hot Tub & Mountain Views

ESCAPE TO THE YUCCA: DESERT HOT SPRINGS' MOST VERSATILE LUXURY RETREAT

Imagine hosting your entire extended family or friend group in one stunning, private sanctuary—no cramped quarters, no awkward shared spaces, just 8 bedrooms, 9 bathrooms, and room to breathe. The Yucca is a rare find: a boutique property designed so every guest feels welcomed and comfortable, whether you're gathering 25 people for a milestone celebration or bringing your closest friends for a desert getaway.

THE SPACE: BOHEMIAN LUXURY MEETS PRACTICAL COMFORT

The heart of The Yucca is its expansive courtyard, anchored by a shimmering saltwater pool complete with a tanning ledge and sun loungers, plus a relaxing hot tub (heating complimentary). Lounge chairs and fringed umbrellas create the perfect retreat for afternoon lounging while others explore the property.

The property is thoughtfully divided into two distinct areas:

The Private House features a full-sized, fully equipped kitchen and spacious living area, plus three elegant bedrooms. The primary suite is your showstopper—a lavish ensuite bathroom paired with a private balcony overlooking the tranquil courtyard, perfect for quiet mornings or evening reflection.

Five Guest Suites are each designed as private sanctuaries. You'll find plush bedding, intricate tapestries, and earthy tones throughout.

KITCHEN & DINING: COOK FOR A CROWD (OR LET PROFESSIONALS HELP)

The main house has a fully equipped kitchen ideal for daily meal prep, while the Community Room features a second, state-of-the-art kitchen—perfect for delegating cooking duties, hosting a private chef, or simply having two zones so multiple cooks don't collide.
The Dragonfly Suite is equipped with a kitchenette and a laundry room located between bedroom 3 & 4.

Dining is designed for connection: a spacious covered outdoor living area comfortably seats 10 for meals, and a large outdoor BBQ grill sits ready for your next gathering. Keurig and drip coffee makers are both provided, though you'll want to bring your own coffee beans.

AMENITIES BUILT FOR GROUP HARMONY

Beyond the pools and common areas, you'll find:

• Fully equipped fitness room (no excuses to skip your morning workout)
• Fire pit for evening gatherings
• Free parking on premises
• Air conditioning, heating, and WiFi throughout
• Bed linens, extra pillows, and blankets provided
• Washer and dryer (plus some suites have their own)
• TV, indoor fireplace, and all the cooking basics (dishes, silverware, dishwasher, oven, stove, refrigerator, freezer, microwave)
• Dedicated workspace if anyone needs to log in during the stay
• Private entrance and single-level home layout for easy navigation

BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS

8 bedrooms across the property ensure every guest has their own sleeping space. With 8 bathrooms, morning routines flow smoothly—no bottlenecks, no tension. This layout is what separates The Yucca from cramped vacation rentals: it's designed so groups actually enjoy spending time together.
