Past guests called it "one of the best Airbnbs I've stayed at" and specifically raved about the beds: "the most comfortable beds I've slept on at an Airbnb."

THE SPACE

You'll have exclusive access to the entire property: a fully fenced sanctuary with its own private entrance. The home flows seamlessly between indoors and outdoors, designed around two core principles—bringing people together and honoring quiet, restorative moments. Host a group dinner on the patio, then retreat to a peaceful bedroom or backyard corner whenever you need solitude.

The design feels refined but lived-in. High-quality furnishings, thoughtful lighting, and details throughout create luxury without stuffiness. This is a home built for actual gathering, not photos. The layout keeps larger groups comfortable without feeling cramped—everyone gets space to breathe.

WELLNESS & OUTDOOR LIVING

The backyard is the heart of this property. Step into your own private wellness circuit: start mornings with the cold plunge, spend afternoons in the sauna, finish active days in the hot tub. An outdoor shower with a waterfall feature lets you rinse off in style.

Beyond wellness, outdoor living truly shines. A custom outdoor BBQ island anchors the entertaining space, complete with a pizza oven, generous prep counters, and built-in seating—perfect for group meals. Daybed lounging, egg chair swings, and fresh herbs from the garden complete the picture. Whether you want active entertaining or slow morning coffee rituals, the backyard delivers on both.

LIVING & ENTERTAINMENT

The main living room is spacious and designed for shared experiences. A 75" TV with sound bar creates perfect movie nights and game tournaments. A baby grand piano adds an elevated, unique touch—genuinely rare in vacation rentals and a focal point for music lovers.

A dedicated game room includes arcade games, PlayStation 5, Nintendo Switch, ping pong table, board games, and foosball. Every entertainment option is thoughtfully curated, not generic filler. This combination of high-quality entertainment keeps mixed-age groups engaged for days.

KITCHEN & DINING

This kitchen is built for serious hosting. High-quality appliances, abundant counter space, and generous prep areas make feeding large groups effortless. Whether you're cooking a full dinner or casual breakfasts, the layout handles it with ease.

Coffee lovers get special attention: a premium espresso machine with a top-of-the-line grinder means fresh, quality brews every morning. The space has everything needed for hosting—dining table, full dishwasher, cookware, dishes, and silverware all included.

FITNESS & WELLNESS

An on-site gym with full strength training and cardio equipment keeps your active routine intact while traveling. The cold plunge, sauna, and outdoor shower create a complete recovery circuit—especially satisfying after a workout. Past guests specifically mentioned enjoying the fitness center and wellness amenities throughout their stay.

BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS

Five thoughtfully furnished bedrooms sleep up to 18 guests comfortably:

• Primary Bedroom: King bed
• Bedroom 2: King bed
• Bedroom 3: King bed
• Bedroom 4: Queen bed
• Bedroom 5: Two bunk beds
• Additional Sleeping: Sofa sleeper

The additional sleeping capacity comes from the two bunk beds in Bedroom 5 and the sofa sleeper.
There are no cots or air mattresses provided with the property.

Three full bathrooms ensure no morning congestion with larger groups. Each bedroom features quality bedding and ample storage. Guest reviews consistently highlight the exceptionally comfortable beds—multiple guests have said these are "the most comfortable beds I've slept on at an Airbnb." For multi-day group stays, great sleep matters.

LOCATION & NEIGHBORHOOD

Located in a quiet, safe residential neighborhood, this home offers genuine privacy and peace of mind. The area is family-friendly with established residents—not a high-traffic tourist zone, so you get authentic neighborhood calm.

You're minutes from San Diego's best attractions: the beach, restaurants, shops, and local activities are all close by. The location balances residential tranquility with convenient access to what makes San Diego great. The home is also near popular neighborhoods and entertainment districts, but your retreat feels like a genuine escape from the hustle.

WHY YOU'LL LOVE IT

This property appeals to groups that value both wellness and connection. The combination of wellness amenities (cold plunge, sauna, hot tub), high-end entertainment (piano, gaming, arcade, ping pong, foosball), outdoor entertaining (pizza oven, grill, outdoor kitchen), and practical host touches creates an experience most rentals don't deliver.

Guests repeatedly mention: the spacious layout keeps larger groups comfortable, the bed quality ensures great sleep, and responsive host communication removes friction before and during your stay. The backyard becomes the gathering hub—some guests report using the hot tub, sauna, and outdoor entertaining space every single day of their stay.
