Payment and cancellation terms depend on who collects your accommodation payment. Apek does not add a card-processing cancellation deduction to accommodation payments collected by Airbnb, Booking.com, or another booking channel; your booking channel's confirmed cancellation policy applies. For direct bookings and current Vrbo reservations where apek collects the accommodation payment, the existing 5% service charge on refunds for non-refundable credit card processing fees continues to apply. The following refund terms apply only to those apek-collected bookings under this policy: Because life is unpredictable, we strongly encourage all guests to purchase travel insurance to protect their investment. Once a reservation is confirmed, we offer guests the option to purchase travel insurance, which can provide coverage in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
Please note that we must adhere to our cancellation policy since the property is reserved exclusively for each guest, making it unavailable to others. If you have existing travel insurance through a provider or credit card, we recommend reviewing your coverage.
